Customer Satisfaction

JaipurBrand stands behind the quality of our products and will make things right only if you had received materials different than that you ordered and are therefore not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but in the event, you are not satisfied with your purchase for the reason mentioned above, then you may ship the products back to us postage pre-paid in its original condition and packaging, along with the original receipt within 5 days of its receipt. Upon inspection, we will gladly refund your purchase within 10 working days should the item be established to be different than what you ordered. We are unable to accept the return of merchandise received in unsellable condition. Due to COVID restrictions all products have to be fumigated before taking them back in to stock. Any handcrafted products that will be affected because of fumigation cannot be accepted for refund. Please therefore check with the store before returning if the item qualifies for refund. When you purchase items through our online store you have innumerable  shipping options that you can opt from. Shipping is completely managed by third parties. In the event of any unfortunate pilferages or damages / breakages during transit, though we will endeavor to assist, you will have to lodge claim with the respective carrier for compensation. We are not responsible for transit pilferages or damages. No claim will be entertained in case of transit damages and no refund will be processed. In case we are able to persuade the carrier and receive compensation for the pilferages and damaged goods only a store credit will be issued provided that the damaged goods are returned back to us postage pre-paid. No HST refund will be provided and the compensation value will be equal to that received from the carrier as compensation.

Returns not in its original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Purchases made by debit or credit cards will only be refunded to the original card.

E-mail inquiries will be replied from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Please provide the following:

  • Original invoice number 
  • The product code of the unused item, in its original packaging
  • The reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or merchandise credit.

Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Custom or Made to Order items
  • Handcrafted items that will be affected by fumigation, Textile products, Perfumery, Jewelries that have been opened, used, washed or tags removed may not be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Shipping or delivery charges.

 

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made to your unique style and specifications and therefore all custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled
